Booking Process Overview

At Israel4All, we’ve streamlined our booking process to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for all our travelers. Here’s a simple overview of how it works:

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy regarding cancellations and refunds: * **Cancellations made more than 30 days** before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. * **Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days** before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund. * **Cancellations made less than 14 days** before the tour start date are non-refundable. **No-shows** are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that any bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
